New Enrollments:
Please visit the district website for
enrollment information. All documents/information must be presented at the time of enrollment in order for the student to be registered.
Address Changes:
If you moved during the summer or will move during the school year, please complete a
change of address form and submit this with 2 proofs of residence to Mrs. Lopez, the Guidance Secretary.
Volunteer/Community Service
Documentation for volunteer/community service hours must be preapproved by the guidance counselor. This policy will be strictly enforced. Each student must obtain prior approval from his/her counselor to ensure that the community service site meets the criteria and that the student will receive community service hours for volunteering. The forms are located in the Guidance Office or as an
Online Volunteer Form.
