Forms to request transcripts are available in the guidance office and as a PDF file. Forms will be turned in to Data Entry in the Guidance Office or may be faxed to 377-1596.

- Requests for transcripts to be sent to Florida public schools/state universities will be processed electronically
- Requests for transcripts to be sent out of state or to any private schools must be picked up in the Guidance Office (GCHS will not mail these).
- Transcript requests are also received directly from high schools and post-secondary institutions. These requests are handled in the same manner as school requests.
